Benefits of being our Clients

By allowing our doctors to perform annual physical exams on your pet you have established yourself as a client at our practice. Some of the benefits of being an established client are as follows:

Referral Reward Program - Many of our new clients come to us as a result of your confidence in our doctors and staff. Your recommendation is so appreciated that we will send you a card for a discount on our professional and selected out-patient services.

Vaccination Reminders - Keeping pets current on vaccinations is a primary concern to prevent many viruses. If you receive vaccinations for your pet through our hospital we will assist you in that goal by sending you a reminder in the mail when annual vaccinations are due. Your reminder will be attached to Healthy Pet Magazine for your enjoyment.

Boarding - Our space is limited so boarding is reserved for established clients. All pets must meet extended requirements for their protection to be eligible for this service.

Senior Pet Care Program - We have developed a program for pets over 7 years old to determine appropriate preventative care and assist in early detection of health problems associated with aging. This program includes blood work, laboratory test and a heart screening at a discounted price.

Special Mailings - As your pet ages, preventative health concerns change. We will help keep you informed of issues that may benefit your pet.

Prescription Refills - If you need a refill on your pet's medication, call 423-623-4362 or email us 24 hours ahead and we will make every attempt to have your pet's medications ready when you arrive. (Refilling medications are at the doctor's discretion)
